YOU DO!!! Looking for fast, easy ways to embrace your joy and feel fulfilled amongst the hustle? 7 ways in 7 days! Starting June 11 through the 18th.

Raise your hand ✋, if you are guilty of running around with an empty cup or half empty cup because you are so busy giving to others and forgetting to replenish yourself.

How would I even make the time? Where would this even fit in? What would they do without me for five minutes? WAIT! Did we really just say that? Did we really just think that? We often do! We tell ourselves these things all the time. So when did it become the norm to just run around with an empty cup because we didn’t have the time?

I’m gonna ask you the same question that I asked myself that began to turn things around. So what happens when the unplanned plops itself right in the middle of your overly scheduled day? Maybe it’s a flat tire, a child meltdown, traffic, the big spill all over the kitchen floor, your own emotional meltdown that you tried so hard to suppress with there is no time for this today! I would say more often than not, we are forced to stop and deal with it. We take those few minutes for those things that we are absolutely annoyed with and frustrated by. The question is why are we less important?  I could go into current societal norms like love for our children, work ethic, etc., etc. The more productive question to ask is what are we gonna do about it? How can we start to creep this time back into our lives, own it and embrace it?

I think if we start small, we will see the big changes that it can deliver. If you think you can take two minutes or more for yourself most days, I invite you to join me on this challenge. And if you think you absolutely cannot take two minutes for yourself most days, then I strongly encourage you to take this challenge! Wink.

Let’s start with 1 week because sometimes 30 days can seem like a lot when we have so many other commitments. Starting June 11th, I will present you with an idea for a quick way to add something into your day that will fill your cup. It won’t take up much time and will likely fit right in with your flow. I’m looking for the smallest things that can make the biggest difference. I will also provide you with a quick ARTuition prompt that can be done in five minutes or less, or even more if you choose.

Let’s open a chat for those who would like to share and cheer each other on! Feel free to share your art and the easy way that you have found to fill your cup throughout your busy day. I encourage you to note the time when you start your art journal page and note the time when you stop. I’ll tell you more later. 😊

BE SURE TO SUBSCRIBE TO ARTuition’s Palette at my https://followyourartuition.substack.com SO YOU DON’T MISS IT! This one is for free and paid subscribers. If you’re not familiar with Substack, it is a small, ad free platform for writers and creatives. It’s fast and easy to sign up and you will likely find others on there that you will enjoy!

Please, share with at least 2 friends who are giving so much of themselves to others and could use a little cup filling. I know who I’m sharing with already!
